The tragic stampede at Sandhya Theater in RTC Crossroads during the premiere of Pushpa 2 resulted in the death of a woman named Revathi from Dilsukhnagar.
Meanwhile, Bakka Jadson who recently made headlines by complaining against HYDRAA commissioner AV Ranganath filed a case with NHRC. He demanded that Allu Arjun should be arrested as he is the reason for the chaos and filed a petition over the same.

He questioned why Allu Arjun needed to be there at Sandhya theatre at that time. He also demanded that the victim should be compensated with 10 Cr rupees.
On the other hand, Revathi's husband, Bhaskar, shared his anguish with the media, recounting how the tragedy unfolded. He said, "My son is a big fan of Allu Arjun. Everyone calls him Pushpa. We came to the cinema for him, but I can't bear to lose my wife."

"When the police performed CPR, my son regained consciousness and was rushed to the hospital. The doctors have said his condition is serious. My wife and children went in first, and the crowd was manageable. But when Allu Arjun arrived, the crowd surged, leading to the stampede," he added.
Allu Arjun's team reacted to the issue by saying that they are committed to extend their support to the deceased family and called the incident unfortunate.
