Former minister Harish Rao and his aide Radhakishan Rao got respite in High Court in the phone tapping case. The Court has given a stay towards police proceeding with investigations in the case.

Till further hearing on the petition, the Court has issued a stay. Realtor Chakradhar had approached Punjagutta police saying his phone was being tapped. The police filed several cases under various sections in the matter.

Yet Another Land Grabbing Case on Peddireddy

In the process, a person who worked as a computer operator with Harish Rao has already been arrested. Harish Rao and Radhakishan Rao requested the Court to quash the petition. The Court had given directions not to arrest them in the past.

To argue on the side of the government Siddharth Luthra was supposed to fly down. However, since he was busy with other matters, the PP asked for time.
