On Sunday night, the BAPS Swaminarayan Temple was vandalized with anti-modi slogans and graffiti. This offended the sentiments of the Hindu community in the US and India, demanding action. The Consulate General of India in New York and the Hindu American Foundation concurred and immediately gave a statement strongly condemning the act and called for a federal investigation.

This news comes after Khalistani terrorist Gurpatwant Singh Pannun shared a video threatening Hindu and Indian institutions. It followed a similar attack on Hindu temples in California and Canada that were vandalized with hateful graffiti.
