The recent tiff between Rozlyn Khan and Hina Khan is giving the subject of celebrity cancer stories a heated airing. Rozlyn Khan, one who has survived cancer stage 4, says she believes Hina Khan faked her report of being cancer-stricken simply to gain publicity.
In an interview, Rozlyn responded to Hina's claim of a 15-hour mastectomy procedure saying that the latter was highly improbable and not normal to standard medical procedures. She narrated how her mastectomy surgery lasted from 8 to 10 hours, adding that usually, patients stay unconscious for a few days after such an operation.

Rozlyn feared that Hina might mislead people and might harm some in the name of emulating what she had just done since, after chemotherapy sessions, Hina had travelled-a violation of any doctor's advice to patients on cancer.
Rozlyn also ridiculed Hina for giving little information about treatment and threatened to attack her in regard to the information she had initially given about cancer.

Rozlyn asked Hina to post her medical records as evidence for the claims that she made. She stated that without this transparency, she would lose credibility from fans as well as other cancer survivors.
