Renowned Telugu lyricist Kulasekhar, known for his contributions to the music industry in the early 2000s, passed away today (November 26) at Gandhi Hospital in Hyderabad.
Born on August 15, 1971, in Simhachalam, Kulasekhar began his career as a journalist with Eenadu before making his mark in the film industry with the 1999 film Chitram.

His soulful and impactful lyrics for hit movies like Nuvvu Nenu and Manasantha Nuvve made him one of the most sought-after lyricists in Telugu cinema. He penned over 100 songs during his career, leaving a lasting legacy in the industry.
However, his life took a dark turn in 2018 when he was arrested for stealing valuables from a Devi temple near Ameerpet.
