Prime Video is a platform with a huge audience base and has gained great trust with users over the years. But silly glitches like these create discomfort for the subscribers that hamper the platform's overall goodwill.
There is already confusion and frustration regarding the monthly removal of devices for Prime and the platform should take care that users do not have to go through any more problems.
These glitches are very trivial and apparently non-impactful but now that there is constantly a somewhat negative criticism of Prime for the device limit policy, these will obviously make a mark. So the platform will need to upgrade their app and take more effort to improve the user experience.
