His latest remarks have sparked fresh speculation about a possible party switch. So far, Rajagopal Reddy had limited his criticism to Revanth Reddy. But now, by speaking against the Congress leadership, he has widened his attack.

Rajagopal Reddy made these bold comments while addressing issues faced by people in his Munugodu constituency. He demanded justice for farmers in the Choutuppal division, who are losing land due to the Regional Ring Road (RRR) project.

He alleged that the BRS government changed the north alignment of the RRR to benefit a specific industry. He claimed that unless the north alignment is reworked, the south alignment cannot be changed something only possible with a change in government.

Speaking to displaced farmers in Samsthan Narayanapuram of Yadadri Bhuvanagiri, Rajagopal Reddy promised to go to any extent to support them. "I have faced injustice too, but I will fight for you, even if it means scrapping the RRR," he said.

Despite being part of the ruling party, Reddy said he would continue to question the government. "Even if I am offered a minister's post, I won't remain silent. I wasn't consulted on RRR, even though Munugodu is most affected. I'll approach Union Ministers if needed," he added.
