Lokesh's Saga of Fulfilling His Promises Continues!
A full-fledged Studio in Vishakapatnam does not make sense because the shootings do not happen there as much as they happen in Hyderabad.
Cut to 2022-2023, Jagan Mohan Reddy wanted to shift to Vishakapatnam and make the Port City his Executive Capital.
His wife, YS Bharathi, wanted a sea-facing Bungalow for his residence.
Initially, the Government tried to reclaim the land but up on the Public uproar. They sent a proposal to Suresh Babu.
Accordingly, the Government would allow conversion of 15 acres of land intended for the Studio.
Jagan would purchase one acre (at a lower rate obviously) and Suresh Babu can monetize the remaining 14 acres of land.
Instead of keeping the lands vacant, this was a lucrative proposal for Suresh Babu, and he agreed.
The necessary fees for conversion was also paid. TDP MLA Velgapudi Ramakrishna Babu approached the Supreme Court back then.
Now the new Government had served the notices to reclaim the land as per the Supreme Court's directive.
It has to be seen if Suresh Babu can use good offices in the TDP to stop the government from reclaiming the land.
