Apparently, the leaked photo is from Ranveer's upcoming movie 'Dhurandhar'. And Ranveer dons a bearded look with long hair and people say he is copying Ranbir Kapoor's look from 'Animal'.

Meanwhile there are others who say Ranveer has already been in a movie with a cold bearded look and long hair and that was Padmavat. And it was actually Ranbir Kapoor who copied that look in Shamshera.
Ranbir Kapoor will next be seen in Nitesh Tiwari's Ramayana and Sanjay Leela Bhanshali's Love & War. On the other hand, Ranveer Singh's line-up does not seem to be very intriguing. But this controversy will indeed keep him hyped up for the release.
