He was charged by the prosecution for intentionally delaying the process to enjoy more freedom.
Polishetty Is an Example of Poor Planning
On October 30, Darshan was given 6 weeks bail to undergo surgery; 3 weeks have passed but the surgery has not been done yet. The prosecutor says blood pressure can be controlled immediately.
Authorities say Darshan has violated his bail conditions by delaying the surgery. With witness tampering and involvement, the Karnataka government is trying to cancel the bail.
Should They Go Ahead With Pushpa 3 or Not?
This case throws open the celebrity trials' privilege. If proved, it means the law will be more strictly applied and the power of these bigwigs in the judicial system will be diluted.
Much will be decided on December 9th whether Darshan has broken his bail. The case will set a precedent for more strict administration of judicial decisions even in public domain.
