CM Revanth Reddy often criticises KCR publicly. Despite repeated requests from KTR and Kavitha, he continues to target the former CM. Recently, he claimed that KCR, KTR, Harish Rao, and Santosh Rao pushed Kavitha out of the family affairs.
The CM alleged that there is a property dispute within the Kalvakuntla family. He also said KCR's actions put the lives of Telangana people at risk. Revanth Reddy further claimed that Kavitha distanced herself from KCR due to the curses of the affected people.
During BRS tenure, Revanth Reddy was jailed over the vote-for-note case. Since coming to power, he criticises KCR at every opportunity. Telangana Congress maintains that the dispute in KCR's family is linked to money allegedly usurped during their rule.
The party also called the Kavitha episode a staged drama over property distribution. CM Revanth Reddy has repeatedly stated that he will not allow any KCR family member into Telangana Congress, dismissing rumours about Kavitha trying to join the party.
