He has to request the Chair's permission to speak and to give some more time given that his party has just eleven seats in the Assembly.

During 2019-24, Jagan used to repeatedly mock TDP with the number '23'. He used to connect the number with any bad thing that happened and mock TDP saying - Idhi Kadha Devudi Script.
