Ex MP Vijayasai Reddy and his family have faced a huge blow. The illegal constructions on Bhimili Beach in Vizag have been razed totally.

The High Court had ordered for complete demolition of Sai Reddy's daughter Neha Reddy's properties a few days back. The step was taken as the constructions were made on sand dunes violating CRZ guidelines.

It must be recalled that Jana Sena leader Murthy Yadav had filed a PIL against the illegal constructions last year and the High Court issued guidelines to GVMC authorities to raze the construction.

Neha Reddy had constructed a huge wall on Bhimili Beach which is illegal and the Court had ordered the demolition of the pillars too. Earlier the Court had instructed for demolition and payment by Neha Reddy.

Neha Reddy is to pay for the environmental damage her construction caused.

The issue was widely reported before and after Yadav filed a PIL as it was outright violation of law. No permanent structures are allowed on the beach, while Neha Reddy was planning to build a sea-facing star hotel.
