Chandrababu can have twenty five Ministers in his cabinet and there are only twenty four currently.

But then, Sakshi has carried an interesting report that Chandrababu may go for a cabinet shuffle.
Sakshi published a story that a TDP leader is spreading rumors that Chandrababu is not happy with Subash, Ram Prasad Reddy, and Savitha. The report also say the CM is not happy with the performance of TG Bharath and Kondapalli Srinivas as well.

There is also a mention that Naidu is not positive about Home Minister Anitha as well.
It looks like a cooked up story by adding names of the Ministers who got reprimanded by Chandrababu Naidu recently.

Some of the Ministers mentioned here are handling crucial portfolios. All of them are first-timers. They should be given time to adapt and get grip on their ministries.
It's been only six months since this government came to power. It is too early to make changes.
It is more likely that Chandrababu will take Naga Babu in the vacant slot and close this for now. Sakshi's report mentions that the cabinet shuffle may happen later this month or after Sankranthi. In case it is only about Naga Babu, Naidu may not wait for long.
