Be it through movies like 'Darlings' or 'Mimi' or web series like 'Heeramandi', there are more women-centric roles being written in the industry and it is a very positive change.
Now the recent 'Citadel: Honey Bunny' has come and it has shown a strong example of how a female character should be written. The show is not entirely heroine-centric but it does allow Samantha's character to have a powerful presence that is not overshadowed by Varun's one.
