Sandeep Reddy Vanga is undoubtedly one of the most brutal and raw directors in the Indian film industry. His ideologies have been seen in films like Animal and Kabir Singh and many people have opposed the kind of characters shown in these films.
Another renowned personality on the list of opposers is Javed Akhtar. The renowned artist took some shots of the crew involved in making Animal calling them perverts. While Javed didn't point out Sandeep Reddy Vanga directly, he called out the crew instead calling them perverts.
"I Am a Better Actor Than Amitabh Bachchan"
"…if 10-12 people produce a song which is vulgar, crude, obscene… that's not the problem. If 15 out of 140 crore people are perverts or have wrong values, it's okay, doesn't matter" stated Javed. He further continued by stating that the problem arises when the film becomes a box office hit.
He further stated, "When that thing goes out in the market and becomes a superhit, that's the problem". While the statement is quite true to some extent, it offers a chance to debate the opinions presented by the renowned lyricist.
Salman's Comments On Mahesh: Fans in Shock
This back-and-forth battle between the two has been going on for a while and given the current scenario, no one is quite interested in this communication and is fed up with these remarks.
Several fans of the product have also bashed Javed Akhtar for dragging this conversation and suggested he move on from the film as it has been a long time since the film was released.
Flop Actor's 12 Cr Rolls Royce: "Income Source?"
This isn't the first time Javed has called out Sandeep Reddy Vanga indirectly. Many even think that it is because of Animal's success and controversies that have kept Javed targeting it repetitively. Nevertheless, Javed Akhtar should give it pause with the ongoing remarks and should move on from the film instead of dragging it again and again.
