Before the Imminent release of 'Game Changer', Shankar has backed out from some of his comments that he made about the film.
In a recent interview, Anurag Kashyap has said how he was surprised and saddened when he learnt about it and criticized the idea of being involved in content creating based on the audience's desires.

Now, Shankar is saying, "I didn't say anything about Reels. I think we should be able to convey our thoughts quickly and easily. When we fail to do so, we allow the audience the space to get distracted."
It seems there might have been a miscommunication and Anurag Kashyap found the statement to be meaning something different as Shankar had intended. But netizens agree with what Kashyap has been saying.

He also said, "I believe the film should be engaging, and editor Ruben has managed to achieve that in Game Changer. I didn't know Anurag had said this, and I'm shocked, especially since it's coming from such a genuine place."
