The rift between YS Jagan Mohan Reddy and his sister Sharmila is now wide and clear.
"Why Am I Still Alive?" Weeps Jagan's Mother
It is known that Jagan has complained against Sharmila and his mother Vijaya Lakshmi to cancel the shares gifted to them in Saraswathi Power. A reply letter by Sharmila is now out in the Public Domain.
According to the letter also signed by Vijaya Lakshmi, YSR has instructed to share all the assets accrued during his time with his four grandchildren (two children of Jagan and two children of Sharmila).

Jagan agreed to that in the presence of his mother. Months after the 2019 elections, Jagan denied equal share.
Jagan did not agree to share the properties to the extent YSR promised but an MOU of lesser quantum was signed by Jagan and Sharmila in the presence of Vijaya Lakshmi.

The discussions are going on for the remaining.
Jagan now threatens to withdraw from the partial MOU too and approached NCLT to that extent.
He wants Sharmila to sign a bond that she would never speak against Jagan and Avinash Reddy even to execute that Partial MOU.
As Sharmila denied it, he approached the NCLT to take back the shares of Saraswathi Power.
Keep aside Jagan in this condition, why is he so interested in protecting Avinash Reddy?
The condition is bizarre. Sharmila was always loyal to Jagan and co-operated to his political ambitions. We have seen that from 2009 to 2019.
Her rightful share is equal rights in her father's properties. Jagan has denied that and is imposing conditions even for the Partial MOU.
It's like he wants Sharmila to be his bonded slave and take whatever he gives.
We will have to see how the courts will respond to this. The judgment in this case will send a clear message to the society if the daughters are entitled to equal share in their father's properties.
