Aamir Khan's son Junaid Khan is all set to release his second film 'Loveyappa' after Netflix's 'Maharaj' and this time it will be a theatrical release.

He is starring opposite Khushi Kapoor who is also having her second film after 'Archies'.

The movie is a remake of the Telugu movie 'Love Today' and the time is not at all very good for remakes. We saw how badly even hyped movies like Baby John performed.

Aamir Khan is now getting criticised for going a bit over the top while praising the movie. He compared Khushi Kapoor to her mother Sridevi and netizens are trolling him for his far-fetched comparison.

Aamir said , "I have watched the rough cut. I liked this film. It is very entertaining. All the actors have done a good job. When I watched the film and saw Khushi, I felt that I was watching Sridevi. Her energy was there, I could see."

Khushi's performance in 'Archies' was not at all appreciated and if the same thing happens again, Aamir Khan is about to get trolled heavily for his comments.

There are very little chances for the movie to do well but we will have to wait to see what happens. If Junaid and Khushi pull this off even with a remake, their positions as potential stars will be strengthened.
