The woman allegedly called him for "one last time" under the guise of a peaceful meeting, only to turn it into a violent confrontation. She used a knife to slice his private part and then attempted to end her own life by slitting her wrist.
The man, despite his injuries, managed to save both himself and the woman. He is currently undergoing treatment at the District Hospital, while the woman has been arrested.
Their statements, however, are conflicting. The man claims the shocking event unfolded inside the car, whereas the woman insists it happened in a guest house to which she had him for closure.
