Salman Khan's Sikandar has been performing poorly at the box office and looks to be another flop in the list of Salman's recent flops.
After having poor collections with his recent flops including Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan, Antim, Radhe, and Dabangg 3, Salman aimed to make his comeback with AR Murugadoss' directorial Sikandar but failed miserably with poor reviews and a lackluster plot.
Kartik Aaryan Picking Akshay Kumar's Trash?
The film opened on Sunday with a total collections of around 26 crores, which is extremely low given its Sunday release. The film tried to pick up on Monday benefitting from Eid and collected 29 crores on its day 2.
However things turned upside down real quick as the film earned 19.5 crores on its third day getting a 32% drop from the Monday.
Can Harish Shankar Revive Salman Like Pawan Kalyan?
The film looks to have similar numbers like Dabangg 3 which collected 24 crores on its opening day and looked to earn 31 crores on its third day, which was a Sunday. These numbers are not much higher than Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan which made 58 crores after three days.
Comparing Sikandar to Salman's previous venture in Tiger 3, the film was unable to double its weekend numbers, and the same looks to be the case for Sikandar as it looks to have a huge drop after the holiday weekend.
Stree Meets Tumbbad: Horror Thriller of the Year?
Tiger 3 performed well as compared to Sikandar and earned 128 in its first three days making Sikandar a huge loss for Salman.
While Tiger 3 earned 128 crores in its first three days at the box office, Sikandar has earned around 70 crores in three days, almost half of Salman's previous venture.
With Sikandar looking to crash at the box office after Monday, it remains to be seen how much the film will earn throughout its lifetime and whether it will be able to touch the 150 crore mark or not.
