The committee was formed by the apex court for the investigations in October last year.
The probe team was led by the director of CBI, with officials from the state police and the Central Food Safety Authority as its members.

The SIT reportedly submitted its findings to the Supreme Court in a sealed cover last month.
In connection with this case, the SIT arrested 14 individuals, including directors and staff of Bolebaba Dairy, AR Dairy, and Vaishnavi Dairy. It also questioned Appanna, personal assistant to former TTD chairman YV Subba Reddy, and several TTD employees.

They also informed the court about the legal steps taken by the accused, such as filing multiple petitions to delay or obstruct the investigation.
Meanwhile, something interesting has happened.
The then TTD Chairman, YV Subba Reddy, who is facing the threat of arrest, has approached the Supreme Court.
YV Subba Reddy filed a petition seeking an impartial and transparent investigation directly under the supervision of the Supreme Court to control the political interference of the state government.
"Due to excessive interference by state government officials, public confidence in the SIT investigation has been lost. The SIT is not working impartially, transparently, and by the standards. There is an imbalance in the SIT composition. Since the SIT is working under the control of the state government, it is conducting selective investigations and suppressing many issues. The state government is using the SIT investigation for political purposes. In this context, an impartial and transparent investigation should be conducted directly under the supervision of the Supreme Court," Subba Reddy pleaded.
A two-judge bench comprising Justice Vinod Chandran and Justice Nilay Vipinchandra Anjaria ordered that the case be listed before the Chief Justice's bench.
It is clear that Subba Reddy fears arrest in this case and is worried about the consequences.
He is trying to get immunity from the court and ensure that the investigation starts from the beginning. This is a way to kill time.
