The Telangana High Court struck down a case against CM Revanth Reddy regarding an incident involving flying a drone in Janwada. The case registered in Narsingi police station in 2020 led to his remand at the time.

Later, Reddy filed a petition for the FIR to be squashed.

During the hearing, the counsel argued that the drone was flown in an unrestricted area and that the police invoked incorrect sections of the law in the FIR. After the hearing, the HC quashed the FIR.

Meanwhile, in another hearing, the HC struck down a case against BRS working president KTR. The case was filed by Rajya Sabha MP Anil Kumar Yadav in Saifabad police station.

Yadav had said that KTR had made insulting comments against CM Revanth Reddy. During the hearing, the public prosecutor said that KTR being in a responsible position shouldn't have made these comments. The defense argued that the case was politically motivated. After hearing both sides, the HC dismissed the FIR.
