Three Telugus died in a car accident in Florida at IST 3 am. The three have been identified as residents of Tekulapalli, Kondurg Mandal.
The deceased include Pragati Reddy (35), her son Arvin (6) and her mother-in-law Sunita (56).
The family belonged to Tekulapalli former MPTC Mohan Reddy and his wife ex sarpanch Pavitra Devi. They had two daughters. One daughter Pragati Reddy was married to Rohit Reddy from Bakri Chekyala near Siddipet.

The couple had two sons. Rohit's mother was also staying in the US along with them. When Rohit Reddy and family were going in the car, the accident occured. Pragati Reddy, their elder son and Rohit's mother died on the spot.
Rohit and his younger son survived with injuries. At the time of the accident, Rohit Reddy was driving the car.

Knowing about the accident, Tekulapalli residents were left in grief. Pragati's parents Mohan Reddy and Pavitra Devi left to the US immediately after knowing the news. They said the last rites will be done in Florida.
