The CBI, which has been telling the courts that the investigation should continue to uncover the wider conspiracy behind the murder, has not touched the case for two years.
Viveka's daughter, Sunitha, is running pillar to post trying to continue the investigation and expose the role of the main conspirators at the highest level, but no one cares.
There are all attempts to influence the witnesses in this case, but the CBI is not asking the court to cancel the bail of the accused.

Who was prepared to spend Rs. 40 crores for Viveka's murder? Who provided the advance of Rs. 1 crore each to the four people who were directly involved in the murder?
After killing Viveka, why did Sunil Yadav (A-2) go to Avinash Reddy's house?
Jagan tried his best to save Avinash Reddy and his father, Bhaskar Reddy, from this case. He used the government institutions for this as the CM. At one point, the CBI could not touch Avinash even though they were prepared to arrest him. If he had no connection with the murder, why is he protecting them?
Why did Jagan go to the extent of filing cases against the CBI officers investigating the case?
These are the questions the CBI would have easily gotten the answers to if the investigation had continued for the last two years.
But it mysteriously stopped. The case did not move even after the new government came in.
It is a million dollar question why Chandrababu Naidu was unable to pressure the Central Government to move the investigation, even though he is in a commanding position in Delhi now.
