Telangana politics have started to spice up in the recent past with KTR and Revanth Reddy, starting to have a go at each other. This confrontation has extended into social media, and the repercussions are being felt.
Since the start of the day today, there is an ugly morphing war that's happening on social media between the BRS and Congress wings.
This originated after KTR had shared a morphed picture on Twitter, where he included chief minister Revanth Reddy in the group photo of the BJP. This is the narrative that is being carried by BRS where they're painting Revanth Reddy as a BJP loyalist in Congress.
This was quickly countered by the Congress Telangana wing as they morphed the picture of KTR falling at the feet of BJP leader Bandi Sanjay.
This series of events created a very problematic visual where these morphed pictures are going viral while carrying a very disturbing vibe. This isn't something socially acceptable in terms of social media presence of each of these parties.
