Air India has once again come under fire for giving an American vlogger his "worst business class experience." Youtuber Drew Brinsky called out the Indian airline, giving details from his nightmarish nine-hour flight.
He shared his frustration through an Instagram post revealing that his seat was broken, making it impossible to recline, and the attached table was also damaged. To make matters worse, his meal had to rest on a pillow, which he claimed was covered in human hair.

There was no access to WiFi either and the entertainment system was also broken making his $750 upgrade absolutely pointless. The travel influencer sarcastically thanked Air India for a "miserable journey" from London to Amritsar.
This is not the first time that the Tata-owned airline has been called out by passengers. It has failed to maintain standards for international flights on multiple instances, with people calling out cabins and food as unhygienic and subpar.
