Telangana Secretariat's GRC (glassfibre reinforced concrete) beam fell off from fifth floor on a car parked in the parking area.
The car was severely damaged, but no one was injured. The issue has raised serious concerns about the quality of construction. Incidentally, the Secretariat constructed during previous government's time at a cost of Rs 1200 crore.
