There has been high tension surrounding ex Gannavaram MLA Vallabhaneni Vamsi's custody. Finally, the Vijayawada SC, ST special Court has approved the custody of Vamsi.
But here's the twist. The custody has been given for three days. Also, the Court took into consideration the petition filed by Vamsi regarding denial of a bed. Vamsi's counsel had cited Vamsi's tail bone fracture for the demand.
No Boycott Impact On Group II Mains Exam
Now, the Court has ordered that a bed be provided to Vamsi in jail. Another provision for Vamsi was that he should be enquired between 10am and 5pm.
Yet another condition was that Vamsi be questioned within Vijayawada limits. The last condition, probably, the most wanted for Vamsi is that he be questioned in the presence of his lawyer.

The CID had filed PT warrant in the morning against Vamsi. It remains to be seen what direction that will take.
