Industry buzz is strong that SSMB29, titled Varanasi, is targeting a March 25, 2027, release. The date aligns with a dream window. It includes the Good Friday weekend, Ugadi in the third week, Ram Navami in the fourth week, multiple national holidays, and summer holidays beginning soon after.
However, such a lucrative release date will work only if the content is phenomenal and matches the expectations of a Rajamouli film in the post Baahubali and RRR era.
