Rajinikanth's Vettaiyan is all set to hit the screens worldwide on October 10th. Yesterday the songs and teaser of this movie were launched in a grand event that happened at Nehru Stadium, Chennai.

Still only 20 days left for the release of this movie, but still, there isn't much hype for this movie. Recently, the first single of this movie, Manasilaayo, was an instant hit, and the hype meter gradually increased, but after the teaser that was released yesterday didn't meet the expectations, the hype level got back to normal.

The 1-minute and 38-second teaser of Vettaiyan doesn't look like a movie's teaser and looks like a serial promo. Even Anirudh Ravichander can't save the teaser with his background scores like what he did for Jailer.

After the teaser, some of the audiences mentioned that the background score of Anirudh in the Vettaiyan teaser looks like a copyright-free version of Jailer's background music. More than this, the teaser looks like a serial version of Jailer, say the Netizens and meme creators.

Although the teaser dips, TJ Gnanavel has proved himself as the best director with his previous movie, Jai Bhim. Let us hope he delivers strong content this time with Rajinikanth's Vettaiyan.
