Divorces have become a new industry in itself and it has more money in it than the film industry.

The divorce laws are very partial and there is no gender neutrality at all. Women have the need for alimony up to some extent but misusing divorce laws for making money does not seem to be a very ethical choice.

The divorce chain has become profitable for many professionals too who are actively encouraging it now. The people benefitting from these cases are spouses of course, lawyers, judges, mediators, notaries, counselors and therapists, asset hiding networks, loan providers, fake witnesses and even real estate merchants.

Divorce has gained a bigger evaluation than the Hollywood industry in America and there is no voice for the men affected by this. India is slowly succumbing to this as well and there have been multiple cases like this in the past few years.

There has to be a strong voice for men that will address the cases like Atul Subhash. A good citizen, a good father was lost to death because of indifference and this must not happen again. Government and the judicial system has to ensure that Atul Subhash's death must not go in vain.
