Sonam Dayah, a dancer, doctor, and expectant mother of twin girls, is seen performing with choreographer Adil Khan. While many were amazed by her agility during late pregnancy, some viewers questioned the safety of such movement at this stage.
Sonam addressed these concerns directly. As a doctor and advocate for women's health, she clarified that exercising during pregnancy can be both safe and beneficial when done responsibly. She stated that physical activity does not increase risks of miscarriage, low birth weight, or preterm delivery.
On the contrary, staying active can improve both physical and emotional well-being throughout pregnancy. However, she emphasized that any exercise routine must be approved by a healthcare provider to ensure safety based on individual health and pregnancy stage.
