The MAUD Minister Narayana has announced that the GVMC will come up with a master plan for Vizag in four months.
He held a meeting regarding the master plan with officials and Vizag MLAs in state Secretariat.
Later, speaking to the media, the Minister shared that they decided to complete the tender process for Metro rail in Vizag by the end of May.

He said discussions were held around financial city Vizag's master plan. He said opinions of people and leaders will be taken before the master plan is designed in four months.
He added that Vizag Metro rail project was also discussed. Narayana said that irregularities happened in TDR bonds in the past. About 600 TDR bonds were pending, he informed.

The Minister instructed the Vizag collector to clear them. He then moved on to talk about Bhogapuram Airport. He said roads were being laid leading to the airport.
Deviations were made in the master plan during past government's time, said the Minister.
Delimitation Criteria Change, Easier Said Than Done!
Though the past CM claimed to develop Vizag into a financial capital for decentralization of power within the state, nothing much was done in terms of development in five years except for building the now infamous Sheesh Mahal.
