The Tollywood box office witnessed multiple new outing this weekend. However, not a single one of them could generate any sort of buzz our momentum before the release.

The said films are Bapu and Ramam Raghavam(Telugu) and Tamil to Telugu dubbed options - Jabilli Neeku Antha Kopam, and Dragon.

Early reviews wise, the two Telugu films could not even generate a talking point, let alone reviews. They're going to be complete non starters at the box office.

On the other hand, we have two dubbed films that are in the pipeline and they are Jabilli and Dragon.

Interestingly, enough, both the dubbed films have opened to comparatively better word of mouth and early reviews. They have traditionally opened much better in Tamil, which is the home language and coming to Telugu. The early reactions on social media have been fairly positive.

It can also be noted that both the films primarily cater to the younger generation of the audience, and they have reportedly played their cards wisely.

Jabilli is directed by hero Dhanush and it is reportedly a smoothly presented love drama with contemporary set up. Then there is Dragon, which had Pradeep Ranganathan in the lead role.

Pradeep had earlier impressed the Telugu audience with his hit film Love Today. Now he is back with another youthful comedy entertainer in the form of Dragon.

This film has opened to reasonably good reviews as well. It is a campus actioner which goes on to become a slice of life drama.

Interestingly, enough, both the Telugu options this weekend have turned out to be absolute non-starters while on the other hand, the dubbed films have opened to comparatively better word of mouth.

But that doesn't change the fact that none of the films have too much going into the box office side of things. It has to be seen how these films will fare by the end of the day today, and whether or not, they can gain any momentum over the weekend.
