The Court dismissed the chargesheet filed by the police after 88 days due to lack of proper details. Another chargesheet was filed on April 14, 2023. There are allegations that the delay in filing chargesheets was to ensure the culprit got the bail. The then SP and DSP supported the culprit, feel Subramanyam's parents.
