A few YSRCP karyakartas went to a family saying if they do a phone scan, they will get to know of Chandrababu's cheating. However, the karyakartas took the phone and scanned phone pay instead and took away the money.
The karyakartas stole money from the account of Boya Errappa who is from Jawahar Colony, Anantapur. The karyakartas also deleted the debited message.

In the evening, when Errappa went to a store to buy groceries and scanned Phone Pay, the account showed nil balance. That's when Errappa realised what happened. In total, he lost Rs 11,000.
Errappa lodged a complaint with Anantapur Urban police. The police are looking into the matter.
