Radisson Blu Plaza Delhi Airport is set to bring the vibrant spirit of India’s street food culture to life with “Flavours of India”, a specially curated Sunday brunch series at NYC Restaurant this May and June.
Designed as an immersive culinary experience, the four-part brunch series will unfold over consecutive Sundays — 17th, 24th, and 31st May, along with 7th June 2026 — with each edition celebrating the distinctive flavours and culinary traditions of a different region of India.

“Flavours of India” aims to capture the diversity, nostalgia, and vibrancy of Indian street food within the refined setting of a luxury dining experience.
Guests can look forward to freshly prepared delicacies at interactive live stations, region-inspired presentations, curated music, and a menu that reflects the authentic essence of each destination.
The culinary journey begins with the bold and indulgent flavours of North India, followed by the aromatic and comforting offerings of the South, the vibrant and balanced tastes of the West, and concludes with the subtle, soulful, and dessert-rich traditions of Eastern India. Complementing the experience will be a thoughtfully crafted selection of regional beverages designed to elevate every course.
Blending the charm of India’s street-side culinary culture with five-star hospitality, the brunch series has been conceptualised to offer guests more than just a meal — it is envisioned as a celebration of memory, culture, and storytelling through food.
