Superco as launched a new community-driven coworking centre in Greater Noida with a capital investment of approximately ₹12 crore. The centre is positioned around the concept of energy-led productivity, aiming to integrate work, collaboration and recreation within a single workspace environment.

Located at Galaxy Blue Sapphire Plaza Mall in Sector 4, the 27,000+ sq. ft. facility houses around 400 seats across multiple formats. These include three open-seat zones, six private offices accommodating between one and six seats each, fully equipped meeting rooms, and compact meeting pods designed for small-group discussions.

The company is also offering “Discovery Seats” on a per-day basis for professionals seeking short-term access.

The workspace has been structured to support different modes of work throughout the day. In addition to conventional desk and office infrastructure, the facility includes designated activity areas such as cricket nets, bowling, pool, snooker, table tennis, gaming consoles and arcade setups. These features are designed to function as short-break zones within the broader work environment.

According to company projections, the centre is targeting 88–90 percent stabilised occupancy within the first three months of operations. At steady state, this is expected to translate into annual revenue of approximately ₹15 crore. The operating model focuses on optimising seat utilisation and diversifying revenue streams beyond traditional desk rentals.

The company stated that its target audience includes freelancers, founders, startups, corporate teams and independent professionals. Further expansion across key urban markets is part of its broader growth strategy.

The launch reflects the continued evolution of India’s coworking sector, where operators are increasingly experimenting with hybrid formats that combine work infrastructure with community and lifestyle elements.
