On May 4, 2026, The Department of Labour, Government of Haryana has published their draft state rules under the three of the four Labour Codes.

Please find them attached to this email.

These rules are significant in shaping definitions and compliance that directly affect employers, especially wage structure and allowances, working hours and overtime, and in case of aggregators, social security coverage for gig and platform workers.
