Under the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana, millions of farmers across the country receive financial assistance of ₹6,000 annually.

This amount is transferred directly to their bank accounts in three installments of ₹2,000 each. So far, 22 installments of this scheme have been successfully issued to farmers, with the 22nd installment transferred on March 13, 2026.

Now it's the turn of the 23rd installment.
After receiving the previous payment, beneficiary farmers are eagerly awaiting the 23rd installment. However, there is no update yet on when the next installment will arrive. However, all farmers are required to complete e-KYC to receive this installment. According to clear guidelines from the central government, farmers whose KYC process is incomplete will not receive the next installment in their accounts.

An easy way to complete e-KYC online:
If your mobile number is linked to your Aadhaar, you can do it yourself.
First, visit the PM Kisan Yojana website and click on the e-KYC option.
Enter your Aadhaar number and press the search button.
An OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number. Enter it and submit it to complete your KYC.
