Everyone loves Chinese noodles. This is a dish that is liked by everyone and you must have eaten it at many parties. Today we are going to tell you about its easy recipe. In its typical preparation, boiled noodles are made by mixing garlic, ginger, chopped vegetables, soy sauce, chili sauce, tomato ketchup, and spices.
Material:
- 2 cups plain noodles (150 g pack)
- 6 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger
- 1/4 cup sliced french beans
- 1/4 cup finely chopped spring onion
- 1/2 cup finely chopped capsicum
- 1/2 cup chopped cauliflower
- 1/4 cup carat
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper powder
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon chili sauce (red or green)
- 1 tablespoon tomato ketchup
- 1 tbsp +1 tbsp oil
- salt to taste
Method
- Boil noodles.
- Cut the vegetables mentioned above. Cut the vegetables as thin as possible, as they will take less time to cook.
- Heat 1-teaspoon oil in a pan on medium heat. Add garlic and ginger mince to it and cook for 30 seconds.
- Now you have to add onion, capsicum, cabbage, and carrot.
- Fry the vegetables till they are cooked.
Add soy sauce, green chili sauce, tomato ketchup, black pepper powder, and salt.
- Mix well and cook for a minute.
- Add boiled noodles.
- Mix and toss until the noodles are evenly mixed with the sauce and vegetables. Turn off the heat for 1 minute and transfer it to the serving plate.
