Amid rising costs across the smartphone industry, Xiaomi has increased the prices of three of its popular models in India-Redmi Note 15, Redmi 15, and Redmi 15C. The revised pricing is now live on the company's official website, reflecting hikes of up to ₹4,000 depending on the variant.
Redmi Note 15 Gets Up to ₹3,000 Price Hike
The Redmi Note 15, launched earlier this year, has seen a notable increase in price. The 8GB RAM and 128GB storage variant, originally priced at ₹22,999, is now available for ₹24,999, marking a ₹2,000 hike. Meanwhile, the 8GB RAM and 256GB storage model has gone up from ₹24,999 to ₹27,999, making it ₹3,000 more expensive.
Redmi 15C Sees Steepest Increase
The budget-focused Redmi 15C has witnessed the highest price jump among the three models. The 4GB RAM and 128GB storage variant now costs ₹15,499, up from ₹12,499-a ₹3,000 increase. The 6GB RAM variant has risen from ₹13,999 to ₹17,499, reflecting a ₹3,500 hike. The top-end 8GB RAM and 128GB storage version has seen the biggest jump, increasing by ₹4,000 from ₹15,499 to ₹19,499.
Redmi 15 Prices Revised Across All Variants
The Redmi 15 has also become significantly more expensive. The 6GB RAM and 128GB storage variant now costs ₹18,499, up from ₹14,999. The 8GB RAM and 128GB model has increased from ₹15,999 to ₹20,499. Additionally, the 8GB RAM and 256GB storage variant is now priced at ₹22,499, compared to its earlier price of ₹16,999.
All three smartphones are currently being sold at these updated prices on Xiaomi's official platform. The price revision reflects a broader trend in the smartphone market, where rising component costs and economic factors are pushing brands to adjust pricing.
