The much-anticipated Allu Cinemas, a luxury multiplex developed by the prominent Allu family, was officially inaugurated in Kokapet on the western outskirts of Hyderabad on Thursday.
The inauguration ceremony was attended by Revanth Reddy, who served as the chief guest for the event. Actor Allu Arjun invited the Chief Minister to open the new entertainment destination.
Members of the Allu family were present at the ceremony, including Allu Arjun and his wife Sneha Reddy, along with actor Allu Sirish and his wife Nayanika Reddy. Several relatives, film personalities and invited guests also attended the inauguration.
The newly opened theatre is part of the Allu Studios complex located in Kokapet. The multiplex has been developed by veteran film producer Allu Aravind along with members of the Allu family.
Designed as a premium movie destination, Allu Cinemas features modern screening halls equipped with advanced projection systems and high-quality sound technology, offering an immersive cinematic experience for audiences.
Industry observers say the multiplex aims to combine luxury viewing with cutting-edge theatre technology, catering to Hyderabad's growing demand for high-end entertainment spaces.
The opening of Allu Cinemas marks another milestone for the Allu family, which has played a significant role in the Telugu film industry for decades through acting, film production and studio development.
With Hyderabad continuing to emerge as a major hub for film production and entertainment infrastructure, the new multiplex is expected to attract both film enthusiasts and industry events in the future.
The launch also highlights the expansion of modern cinema experiences in the city, as theatre chains and production houses invest in state-of-the-art screening facilities to enhance audience engagement.
