Calling it a historic achievement, Adarsh stated that the film has become the highest-grossing Indian movie in the USA and Canada, breaking a nine-year record.
The sequel sees the return of key cast members, including Arjun Rampal, R. Madhavan and Sanjay Dutt, alongside Ranveer Singh.
