Hyderabad: The University of Hyderabad (UoH) has invited applications for various teaching and counsellor positions at its Campus School for the academic year 2026-27.

The recruitment will be conducted through walk-in interviews scheduled from June 9 to 11 at the school campus in Gachibowli.

Contractual employment

According to the notification, the appointments will be made on a purely contractual basis for six months, from June 22 to December 26.

A total of 25 vacancies are available across Post Graduate Teacher (PGT), Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT), Primary Teacher (PRT) and Counsellor categories.

How much is the salary?

The vacancies include one PGT (Computer Science) post with a monthly remuneration of Rs 48,000; 13 TGT posts across subjects including Hindi, English, Telugu, Social Science, Science, Mathematics, Art Education and Physical Education with a salary of Rs 45,000 per month; and 10 PRT posts in Maths, English, EVS, Telugu, Hindi and Pre-primary with a monthly salary of Rs 35,000.

A Counsellor post is also available with a remuneration of Rs 45,000 per month.

Candidates below 65 years of age are eligible to attend the interviews.

The walk-in interviews will be held at the UoH Campus School, Gachibowli. Candidates must report between 9 am and 10 am.

The university has clarified that candidates arriving after 10 am will not be permitted to participate in the selection process.

Schedule for interviews

Here's how the interviews for various profiles will be held:

- Interviews for TGT Social Science, English and English-Social Science, along with PRT Pre-primary and EVS/English/Maths posts, will be conducted on June 9.

- Interviews for TGT Science, Telugu, Hindi, Mathematics-Science and PRT Telugu and Hindi posts will be held on June 10.
