Brandon Miller scored 30 points and grabbed eight rebounds to lead the Charlotte Hornets to a 130-93 victory over the Philadelphia 76ers on Monday.

Severe weather conditions led to early starts for two NBA games.

Due to a severe winter storm on Sunday that covered most of the United States with ice and snow, the Hornets' home game and Atlanta's home game against the visiting Indiana Pacers were both moved to the afternoon.

The Hornets, now 19-28, extended their winning streak to three games, while the 76ers dropped to 24-21. Miller had an impressive performance, making 9-of-12 shots from the floor, including 6-of-9 from three-point range, and was perfect from the free-throw line, going 6-of-6. The Hornets had seven other players scoring in double figures, though none scored more than 13 points.

For the Sixers, Kelly Oubre Jr. led with 17 points, and Tyrese Maxey, who is third in NBA scoring with an average of 29.9 points per game, managed to score only six points on 3-of-12 shooting.

In Atlanta, C.J. McCollum came off the bench to contribute 23 points, eight rebounds, seven assists, and three steals, sparking the Hawks' 132-116 win. Dyson Daniels added 22 points and nine assists, while Nickeil Alexander-Walker scored 21 points for Atlanta.

Pascal Siakam of Cameroon led the Pacers with 26 points and nine rebounds.

The Hawks improved to 23-25 with their ninth home victory in 22 games.
