Bhooth Bangla box office collection: How Akshay Kumar-starrer performed?

Akshay Kumar's Bhooth Bangla released in theatres on April 17 with paid previews the night before. The horror-comedy earned Rs 58 crore net in India in its first weekend, grossing Rs 100 crore on its second Saturday. After a promising second weekend, the film witnessed expected slowdown in earnings on Monday, but recovered again on Tuesday. On Wednesday, the film collected Rs 3.50 crore net domestically, followed by Rs 0.84 crore (live) on Thursday, taking its overall India box office tally to Rs 128.05 crore (Rs 147.90 crore gross).

Bhooth Bangla has performed well overseas as well, grossing over Rs 204.28 crore, becoming the third Hindi and sixth Indian film overall to surpass this milestone in 2026. The Akshay Kumar-starrer will now beat Prabhas' The RajaSaab (Rs 208 crore) soon.

Michael box office collection: How much has Jaafar Jackson's film made so far?

According to the trade tracking website Sacnilk, Michael collected a net of Rs 2.00 crore in India on Thursday, with an occupancy of 10%, taking its domestic collection to Rs 25.45 crore. (Rs 30.43 crore gross). The film opened with collection of Rs 3.70 crore in India and went on to earn Rs 1.70 crore during its premiere last Thursday. During weekend, the film saw a spike, raking in Rs 5.25 crore on Saturday and Rs 5.85 crore on Sunday. On Monday, the film earned Rs 2.25 crore after witnessing a decline. It saw a spike again on Tuesday and earned Rs 2.40 crore, followed by a slight dip on Wednesday and collected Rs 2.30 crore net in India.
