To stop the curse, Se-ah enters the spirit world and faces dangerous illusions and emotional challenges. At the same time, her friend Na-ri, who is consumed by jealousy and manipulation, turns against her. In a tragic moment, Se-ah is forced to fight Na-ri, leading to her death.
Finally, Se-ah destroys the main phone connected to the curse, which breaks the cycle and frees the trapped spirits.
Will If Wishes Could Kill season 2 come?
The ending strongly hints at a possible Season 2. In a mid credits scene, another student is shown finding a phone with the Girigo app still active. This suggests that the curse hasn't fully ended and could start again. While Netflix hasn't officially confirmed Season 2 yet, the open ending make a continuation very likely.
