Gold and silver prices increased in the national capital's bullion market on Monday. The rise came as crude oil prices softened and the US dollar weakened.

According to the All India Bullion Association, silver jumped to Rs 2,42,000 per kg, while gold rose to Rs 1,53,800 per 10 grams (with taxes).

The Indian Bullion and Jewellers Association (IBJA) said that by market close on Monday, 24K gold reached Rs 1,48,900 per 10 grams, excluding 3% GST and making charges.

MCX Gold and Silver Prices

On the Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX), gold futures saw a small rise.

According to Good Returns data, 24K gold is now around Rs 1,50,660 per 10 grams, while 22K gold is Rs 1,38,100 per 10 grams. Silver is trading close to Rs 2,50,000 per kg.

Bullion Market Update

The All India Bullion Association reported that silver in Delhi rose by Rs 5,000 (2.11%) to Rs 2,42,000 per kg, up from Rs 2,37,000 per kg in the previous session.

Gold also moved higher. 24K gold increased by Rs 2,300 (1.52%) to Rs 1,53,800 per 10 grams, compared to Rs 1,51,500 per 10 grams in the previous session.

International Market Trend

In the international market, silver rose 0.5% to 73.37 dollars per ounce, while gold increased 0.14% to 4,682.80 dollars per ounce. The rise was supported by weaker oil prices and global uncertainty.
